🔑Arrival and access
The Little Pines is a one bedroom annexe, completely separate from the main house, with its own private entrance and decked courtyard. It sits between Falmouth's two best beaches: five minutes to Gyllyngvase, ten to Swanpool and the town centre.
Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00.
Check yourself in using the lockbox.
Please use the garden door as your main entrance at all times. The sliding door to the driveway is for emergencies only.
Free on-street parking, and there are usually plenty of spaces, which is rare in Falmouth.

🌡️Air conditioning and heating
The air conditioning unit is controlled with the remote provided. We find 22C is about right for sleeping. To save energy, please switch it off when you go out.
The same unit provides the heating.
ℹ️The log burner
The wood burner is there for you through the colder months. We leave a small amount of logs, kindling and firelighters to get you started.
ℹ️Shower
The shower is electric rather than run off a gas boiler, so it takes a little longer for the temperature to settle. Set the dial to 2 for the best performance and give it a moment to get there.
ℹ️The sauna
There is a private sauna on the decked patio, which is a lovely thing after a cold swim at Gyllyngvase.
The sauna is an extra at £30 for your stay, which covers unlimited use and two extra towels. Just ask and we will get it set up for you.
The sauna takes 10 to 15 minutes to heat. Turn it on by rotating the switch.
📺TV and entertainment
The TV has Prime and the catch up channels. There are no digital terrestrial channels, though some of the streaming services do carry live TV.
The listing also mentions Netflix, Disney+ and Chromecast.
ℹ️Electricity
The fuse box can occasionally trip and cut the power. It is behind the wardrobe in the corner of the annexe. Make sure all the switches are in the up position to restore power. If the electricity does not come back on, please contact us straight away.
♻️Bins
Please put your rubbish bags in the black bin outside, next to the sauna.
