Morva is at 17b Vernon Place, Falmouth, a five minute walk from the harbour, the beaches, the cafes and the restaurants, with panoramic views across Falmouth Harbour and the Carrick Roads from the private terrace.

Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00.

Check yourself in using the lockbox. Please return the keys to the lockbox when you leave.

The apartment is heated to a comfortable 21C. It works best left running at a steady temperature, so you should not need to adjust anything.

The towel rails warm automatically each morning and evening.

Boiling water tap. Press and hold the button on the left handle, then turn the handle backwards 90 degrees. Release the handle to stop the water. Please take care, the water is extremely hot.

Induction hob. The hob only works when a suitable pan is placed on it. First check the isolator switch at the wall is turned on. Press the power button, then select the cooking zone you want and set the heat level with the controls.

The Smart TV gives you access to the streaming services to sign into with your own account.

The iron, ironing board, mop and broom are in the utility cupboard by the bathroom.

The hairdryer is in the bathroom.

The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the cupboards opposite the bathroom, with the clothes drying rack right above them.

Please bring the terrace cushions inside after use. Seagulls are frequent visitors, and it keeps the cushions clean for you and for the next guests.

• General waste goes in the black Rig-branded bags provided.
• Mixed recycling goes in the green Rig-branded bags. There is no need to separate it: cardboard and paper, plastic bottles, drink cans and tins, and glass can all go in together.
• Collection day is Friday. Please put all bags in the outdoor bin store by Thursday evening.

• No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony.
• No parties or events.
• Please keep the noise down after 10pm out of respect for the neighbours.
• Please remove your shoes.
• Please leave the apartment roughly as you found it. Thank you.

In an emergency, leave calmly through the front door.

There is a first aid kit in the kitchen cupboard.
