🚗Parking
- There are five parking spaces at the front of the property, one per apartment, and they're free for guests.
📶Wifi
- Network name: Bay View Guest
- Password: Falmouth Views
- If the wifi drops, report it through the guidebook's "Something wrong?" button and we'll sort it.
🌡️Heating & hot water
- Heating for the whole building runs on one system, so if you're too hot or too cold, just message us and we'll do what we can to sort it.
🍳Kitchen & appliances
- Hob: press and hold the On button, select which ring you want, then turn the temperature up or down from there.
- Oven: use the dials on the front to turn it on and set the temperature.
📺TV & entertainment
- Press the On button on the remote, then the Guide button to see what's on.
♻️Bins & recycling
- There are three bins outside: one for rubbish, one for cardboard and paper, and one for glass. Anything can go in, it just needs separating into those three.
🧺Iron, ironing board & hoover
- These live in the cupboard under the stairs on the ground floor, at the very bottom of the building.
🚨Safety & emergencies
- Fire extinguishers and fire blankets are in the corridors just outside the apartments.
- Fire alarms are in the hallways outside the apartments.
- Nearest A&E: Royal Cornwall Hospital, Truro. For smaller knocks and scrapes there is also a minor injury unit in Falmouth.
- Nearest pharmacy: Day Lewis Pharmacy, Killigrew Street, Falmouth.
- Emergency contact: Willow, Lisa or Red at Bay View Apartments, 07848 944198.
📍Local practicalities
The beach: Gyllyngvase Beach is about a two-minute walk, you can literally see the sea from the building. The Co-op opposite Gylly covers small essentials.
Into town: turn left out of Bay View and it's roughly a 12-minute walk, which brings you to the Tesco Express.
Cash machine: the closest is at that Tesco Express in town.
Petrol station: the Esso on Dracaena Avenue.
EV charging: at the Tesco Express in town (the same 12-minute walk).
Taxis: our first pick is Donald's Cars on 01326 313123. Two other reliable local firms: Abacus & Falmouth Taxis on 01326 312181, and KC Taxis on 01326 212121.
Train station: turn left out of Bay View, head up the hill, straight over at the traffic lights and back down the hill. About a seven-minute walk.

Checkout is 10:00am.
Please leave your key in the outside of your apartment door (the outside, not the inside).
Towels and bins can be left as they are, we'll take care of them.
